Carla is an inspiring and thought provoking speaker who engages her audience with instrospection and reflection.  Audiences enjoy her candid and, at times, "in your face" conversations that ignite them to move toward a shift.  Her famous phrase, "pay attention," is weaved throughout her discussions to ensure listeners are grasping the knowledge and wisdom she brings to the forefront.

Carla has a love for teaching and training.  She began this path by training computer courses to adult learners.  She was also a teacher in her church's School of Ministry which is accredited for college advanced degrees. Her bi-vocational skills (ministry and business) afford her many areas of training including technology, business management and administration, branding and marketing, church administration, leadership training and more.  Carla's unique style and her creative and practical examples leave her students making the connection in understanding. "I don't like to trick people.  I want them to have every answer I can give them so that they succeed."  Her model is focused on outcome and ensuring that her audience leaves with tools that they can employ immediately.
